Good morning Bellaire Ohio and the LEGO world!

Sorry I have not been writing, but we are very busy!

I have been cleaning up my storage units and helping Jon get orders out the door.

I have also been selling a ton of my LEGO stuff wholesale to help buy models for the museum!

After a failed meeting with The LEGO company I decided to go at it myself again!

And I have had great success!

I am looking at some new models for the museum!

We are also painting and cleaning even more of the museum!

You will also see 2 VERY LARGE LEGO Clone bricks in our front hallway!

Those are going to be mounted on a HUGE piece of artwork in front of the building!

Look for that in the coming weeks!

I am also going to begin paying down my staggering debt!

I have been holding off doing so to put funds into the properties!

Well I have given away most of the property! I am not going to own anything in the village of Bellaire any longer!

Every dollar not spent on the museum or debt is lost! So I am going to concentrate any funds coming in on the museum! Also our LEGO based recycle program has brought in a ton of new elements/sets to show and use in the building room!

I am sure the kids will appreciate the new assortments of brick/plate/elements!

This year we are looking at a major uptick in tourism!

And for the 1st time in many years the village of Bellaire has their act together! Mostly in part to the new village code enforcer and Mayor kicking butt and taking names!

I have counted 12 run down properties razed in the past four weeks alone!

Keep up the good work guys!

I have also spent a few days working outside! Yes, I know Dan working outside is one of the signs of the apocalypse. But I did it anyway!

So we should have a nicer looking grounds this summer as well!

I look forward to your input on the museum!

I hope we are living up to our own "hype".

I look forward to you coming buy and seeing my dream in full force!

It took me many years to get the collection up to this level!

And with any luck and a truck load of money it will continue to grow!
